All 5K/10K competitors will experience the famed XTERRA World Championship run course. Paul Mitchell stylists will be there cutting hair in exchange for a donation to the Challenged Athlete Foundation.
Keiki K: Free fun run for kids 12 and under. 8-12 year olds will run a kilometer, with 6-7 year olds about half of that, and 5 and under 100 yards. Parents must register their children. All participants get awards and post-race refreshments. Sorry, no t-shirts for children.
10K - fastest male and female overall as well as fastest Maui resident male and female win $100 restaurant certificates from Dukes Maui. Note that if a Maui resident is also the overall winner, only one certificate is awarded.
The fastest Maui resident male runner will be awarded the Billy Connor Memorial Trophy, in honor of XTERRA's friend, medical volunteer, and long-time Maui resident runner "Waikoloa Billy", who passed away earlier this year. Top 3 in each division receive medals and prizes.
